What we collect
- Emails you send us, with your name, address and anything you include, so we can reply and run our business with you.
- How you use this website: pages viewed, links clicked, the site you came from, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and performance timings.
Why, and our lawful basis
We use this data to answer enquiries, manage supplier and partner relationships, keep the site secure and improve it. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running and growing our business, or taking steps towards a contract with you.
Who we share it with
Our hosting and email providers (Cloudflare and Amazon Web Services) and Google Analytics process data for us under contract. Some of them process data outside the UK under recognised safeguards. We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Business emails are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and up to six years after, for our records. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email hello@clockwiseltd.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We use first-party analytics cookies to understand how the site is used:
